HOW TO: care for senior pets

Some of our favorite furry friends are seniors..
..Here's how you care for them.

Dr. April Miles gives a brief introduction on caring for seniors:

Take away points:
-Generally, a doggo is considered a senior at about seven years.
-A vet test can test for far more than what the owner may be aware of.
-Many disease go unnoticed by owners. Visit the vet about twice a year once your doggo becomes a senior.
-Some seniors (and certain breeds) may need specialized diets.
-Exercise regimens should change as your doggo ages.
