FUNdraiser a succes? You bet your last bit of kibble it was!
Well I've got hand it you y'all. I never expected such generosity!
I mean, I knew CARE supporters were some of most amazing people on the planet (okay, maybe just in Canada), but we raised over $4,200 yesterday! What an amazing event. We had fun, you had fun, and best of all, little Dorthy here gets to find a home. I doubt she'll be going all the way to Kansas, but an adorable naked mole rat like her will certainly be carried off in no time!!
One again, from the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for all the support and love you've given us. We may not be able to bring world peace or end famine, but we can make a dent in the worlds disparity, one naked mole rat hemispherectomy at a time.
